From the following web sites you’ll find that ‘cotraitants conjoints’ are the opposite of ‘cotraitants solidaires’. Can’t find a specific English term for ‘cotraitants conjoints’ but ‘co-contractors who are not jointly and severally liable’ or something to that effect should convey the meaning.
